My name is Yvetta and I am a Foodie! Born in Atlanta, GA with family ties throughout the Southeast region of the  US, my love for food began with me watching the matriarchs in my family as they prepared food for our many gatherings. Growing up I observed more than I cooked, because eating the food was always the best part. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I became interested in the actual work associated with cooking, the importance and interaction of different seasonings and what foods pair well together. I’d go to sleep watching Food Network, study recipes and still call on my most trusted resources, the matriarchs in my family, when I had food related questions.

Throughout my public service career, I was labeled the “Office Chef”, coordinating and cooking meals for the youth, team meetings and holiday gatherings for staff. I soon learned just how much I thoroughly enjoy cooking. It brings me indescribable joy.  But what I most enjoy is how my food makes others feel.  Through years of travel, dining at fine restaurants, and private chef experiences, I have been exposed to a culinary crossroads of many ethnic flavors which I incorporate into the meals I prepare.

My background and love for food inspired me to step out on faith to formally establish 323 Cuisine in 2022. The numbers 323 are symbolic to me because it represents my birthday March 23rd (323).

Today, I work my “Vetta” magic on each dish and serve my clientele meals that they can’t forget. From my classic Mac and Cheese to my Philly Cheesesteak or Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls, there isn’t a food craving that 323 Cuisine can’t satisfy! Since we "eat with our eyes first", I always try to ensure my food presentations are well-arranged, both visually and aromatically appealing.

I credit my family, friends and “Guardian Angels” for 323 Cuisine’s success. My most important goal is to be a role model for the next generation and to create a solid foundation and legacy for my children.
